1. Scope and formation
A website enquiry does not create a contract. Work begins only after the parties accept a written scope describing the deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, timing, price, payment terms, and any customer dependencies.
Service boundary
This page explains the default boundary for the services advertised on this site. The written proposal and accepted scope control each engagement.
A website enquiry does not create a contract. Work begins only after the parties accept a written scope describing the deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, timing, price, payment terms, and any customer dependencies.
Provider comparisons use public documentation, information supplied without confidentiality restrictions, and assumptions stated in the deliverable. Provider pricing, access, regional availability, terms, and technical interfaces can change after the research date.
The customer selects, contracts with, pays, and controls each provider directly. IT CaoCao does not resell accounts, shared credentials, API access, generation credits, uptime, model capability, or generated output.
Customers must not send API keys, passwords, prompts, source media, generated media, personal data, health information, or confidential client material through the enquiry form. A service brief should describe operating requirements and constraints without content.
Deliverables are decision aids, not a warranty, certification, legal opinion, compliance determination, or guarantee of provider suitability. Customers remain responsible for due diligence, authorised use, content, permissions, privacy, security, sanctions, export controls, sector rules, and human review.
Nothing on this site excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.
