Information you provide
The proposal form prepares an email draft on your device. IT CaoCao does not receive the details until you review the draft and send it from your own email service. If you send the email, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, business email address, organisation, requested service, and non-confidential decision criteria. This information is used to assess, scope, and respond to your enquiry.
The website does not send the form contents to Formspree or another form processor. Please do not email API keys, passwords, prompts, source or generated media, personal data, health records, identification documents, contracts, or confidential client material.
Advisory service boundary
The advertised AI workflow services are designed around non-confidential operating requirements. IT CaoCao does not need or request provider credentials, prompts, images, video, model output, or customer datasets to prepare a provider comparison, workflow blueprint, or vendor-change report.
Local connector beta boundary
Beta 0.1 runs on the tester's device and binds its dashboard to 127.0.0.1. It accepts no API key, includes no real provider adapter, and sends no Sandbox instruction, media, model request, output, or local task record to IT CaoCao.
The connector writes a minimal local task record but does not write the Sandbox instruction text into that record. It includes no product telemetry. Website feedback reaches IT CaoCao only when the tester separately sends an email.
Optional website analytics
Where analytics is enabled on the live site and you give permission, Google Analytics 4 may record general usage data such as pages viewed, interactions, device and browser type, referral source, and approximate location. We do not intend to send contact-form contents to analytics.
Choosing "Essential only" prevents analytics scripts from loading. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage so the site can remember it. This preference is not an advertising profile.
Use, access, and retention
Enquiry information is used for communication, product research, sourcing, and service administration. Access should be limited to people and providers who need it for those purposes, and records should be retained only as long as reasonably required.
Questions or requests
To ask about your information, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern, email enquiry@itcaocao.com. We may need enough information to identify the relevant enquiry before acting.
This notice must be revisited before the connector enables real provider adapters, diagnostics, accounts, payments, hosted records, or any collection beyond the current enquiry workflow.
