1. What this beta supplies
Beta 0.1 supplies a local dashboard, a simulated Sandbox task, a minimal local JSONL task record, a cost-estimate field, and customer-triggered CSV export. It is provided for evaluation and may contain defects.

This page describes beta 0.1 and the intended future boundary. It is not a production licence, vendor agreement, compliance guarantee, or legal opinion.
2. What IT CaoCao does not supply
IT CaoCao does not sell or transfer third-party accounts, API rights, shared credentials, generation credits, provider uptime, model capability, or generated output. This beta does not operate a hosted generation proxy or real provider adapter.
3. Customer-owned accounts
The customer obtains each provider or aggregator account directly, accepts the applicable terms, pays the third party, controls its credentials, and remains responsible for authorised use. A provider name on this site does not imply partnership, endorsement, or tested compatibility.
4. Local data boundary
The beta binds to 127.0.0.1, uses a random local session token, and writes task records to the tester's chosen local environment. It does not store the Sandbox instruction text in the task record and includes no product telemetry. Feedback is sent only when the tester separately submits the website form.
5. Third-party change and availability
Providers may change documentation, prices, access rules, regional availability, models, and interfaces. IT CaoCao cannot promise uninterrupted compatibility or that a third-party service is suitable or lawful for every customer or location.
6. Customer responsibilities and non-excludable rights
Customers remain responsible for content, permissions, intellectual-property rights, privacy, security, export controls, sanctions, sector rules, and human review. Nothing on this site excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.
